Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible in providing efficient administrative and operational support to Patient Transport Services (PTS) Department. You will operate the PTS call centre and ensure smooth and effective operation and services. In addition, you will manage and maintain the Department’s record and filing system, office equipment and supplies, including processing and maintaining Request for Quotation and Purchase/Work Order Requisition.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma with 2 years working experience or Higher NITEC/NITEC/GCE ‘A’/ ‘O’ levels with 8 years working experience.
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft office application. E.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Independent worker who requires minimal supervision.
  • Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
